Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Accountly application ("the app"), operated by AddOnePlugins. By installing or using Accountly, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Accountly is a Shopify app that enhances the customer-account experience with features including loyalty & rewards, wishlist, self-serve returns, order cancellation, cash-on-delivery tracking, reorder, custom profile fields, referrals, and upsell. Features available may depend on your subscription plan.

2. Eligibility & account

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for the configuration choices you make and for the accuracy of information you provide to your customers through the app.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of Shopify's terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app.
• Do not use the app to misrepresent order, delivery, or rewards information to customers.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system according to the plan you select. Charges are subject to Shopify's terms. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Data

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process customer data through the features you enable.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddOnePlugins is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
