How do I install Accountly?
Install Accountly from the Shopify App Store. Once installed, open the app from your Shopify admin and enable the features you want from the Settings page — no theme code required.
Do I have to use every feature?
No. Accountly is modular. Turn on only the features that fit your store — loyalty, wishlist, returns, order cancellation, COD tracking, reorder, custom profile fields, referrals, or upsell — and leave the rest off.
Where do customers see these features?
Inside their Shopify customer account and on the order-status page. Accountly adds branded sections such as loyalty points, wishlist, return requests, and COD delivery status.
How does cash-on-delivery (COD) tracking work?
Enable COD mode in Settings. Accountly imports your COD orders, lets you mark them delivered or returned, reconciles collected cash, and shows customers a live delivery-status badge on their order page.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We only process the data needed to run the features you enable, and we honor Shopify's data-deletion requests. See our Privacy Policy for details.
